Great facilities and helpful staff. The room was huge and the shower was fantastic. The hotel is situated within easy reach of all the main sights and the staff provided us with useful information about local transport.
Our stay wasn't quite perfect. The noise from the street was quite unbearable, which made it impossible to get a good night's sleep.

This hotel was the perfect place to spend my New Year's celebration. The staff was extremely helpful and was able to give me information about transportation in the area. Plus, the location was ideal for exploring the city. Two things that stood out were the amazing facilities and the size of my room. The shower was fantastic and the room offered plenty of space to move around. the breakfast was delicious and a great way to start the day.
I honestly couldn't find anything to complain about during my stay. Everything was great and exceeded my expectations.

The staff at Casa Bolívar Hotel Museo went above and beyond to assist me during my stay. When I needed information about bus routes to Peru, they made a phone call to the bus company for me. They even helped me book a taxi for an early morning departure. The hotel itself is stunning, with beautifully restored rooms and a fantastic shower. Here, everything was perfect. The staff were attentive and went above and beyond to meet my needs. I was amazed by the well-kept garden area and luxurious room facilities. The in-room breakfast was exquisite, with a diversity of choices that catered to all dietary needs. Here, privacy was paramount, with private facilities ensuring maximum relaxation. The location was also optimal, as it was peaceful and secure.
There was just one minor issue, the packed lunches were not up to par with the rest of the cuisine offered. However, this was overshadowed by the excellence of all the other offerings provided at this hotel.
